We send out a customer service survey to all of our clients after closing. We find it imperative that we understand (without bias) what our customers and clients truly think. It’s this feedback that continually helps us hone and improve our services. While we by no means pretend to be perfect, it is reassuring that over 80% of our business is based on word of mouth and direct referral. Below are some excerpts from these surveys.
